Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Terms and Conditions, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

• Willtaker Logistics or We: when this policy mentions "Willtaker Logistics", "we" it refers to Willtaker Shipping and Logistics LTD, incorporated and registered, responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
• Customer or User: Refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use Willtaker Logistics Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
• Service: refers to the service provided by Willtaker Logistics as described in the brochure.
• You: a person or entity that is registered with Willtaker Logistics to use the Services.

General

• Willtaker Shipping and Logistics LTD is incorporated and registered. All copyrights and trademarks are reserved.
• For simplicity, Willtaker Shipping and Logistics LTD might be referred to as Willtaker Logistics.
• Willtaker Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• The shipping rate and service are subject to be changed. All shipping rates are estimated by our shipping partners.
• Shipping Pricing is charged on both Volume and Weight.
• All shipments are subject to be re-weighed and updated depending circumstance surrounding it.
• Willtaker Logistics reserves the right to confine any item until full payment is made.
• Willtaker Logistics reserves to right to terminate or suspend any customer account if we observe breach to mentioned terms and conditions or any abuse or misuse of the service and we do not hold ourselves responsible for any losses, expenses caused or arising on such termination or suspension of service.
• Payments via debit cards, when available, are subject to the current Zambia Kwacha rate against the US Dollar.
• If any invoiced amount is not received by the due date without a written email provided by the customer excusing for late payment, Willtaker Logistics reserves the right to halt the provision of all services related to the invoice unless and until payment is received in full.
• Willtaker Logistics shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the customer's use of Willtaker Logistics services and solutions unless, we have acted or failed to act in knowing violation of the law or with intentional misconduct.

Users

• Must be a legal name (personal or business), address, payment provider and legal information.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must use the available payment methods; these may vary depending on the country.
• Agree to pay any service charges as specified but are not limited to the below:
  • Shipping charges.
  • Duties and prevailing VAT if applicable.
  • Storage charges (if applicable).
  • Any other additional charges if applicable to make the goods available to you for collection or delivery.
• You shall pay all duties & taxes, any additional charges incurred in custom clearance and any other applicable charges levied by any local or government authority of Zambia. These applicable charges shall be paid before the item is made available for self-collection.
• You will incur an additional handling charge against any item received in our facility belonging to you if the item remains uncollected for thirty (30) days from the date of arrival.
• You acknowledge that permantely removed packages are disposed off or sold by Willtaker Logistics.
• You are responsible and requested to check that the items are in good shape and conditions. Delivery notice has been generated, we do not hold responsibility for any claims, damage or loss of the item.
• Should you choose insurance, you are requested to pay before shipping. For any clarity on insurance, please get in touch with our customer support team on support@willtaker-logistics.com.
• You agree to the delivery timelines, acknowledging that it can take longer depending on unforeseen circumstances.
• An invoice has been generated based on an accepted quotation, you are committed to buy; failure or cancellation will attract a 4% penalty fee deducted on the next invoice.
• You are required to perfectly understand the characteristics of the items and services before validating the invoice.
• By Registering with Willtaker Logistics, your completely agree with, and cannot at any time claim ignoring the present Terms and Conditions.
