Yes, packages can be returned as long as they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Please get in touch with us in case you’d like to initiate a return.

Our shipping calculator helps to get estimates on shipping costs. When a package is received, the chargeable weight is either its actual weight or its volumetric weight, whichever is greater. The volumetric weight is obtained by multiplying the length, width, and height values in centimeters and dividing the result by 5000. The final figure is the package's volumetric weight in kilograms.

You can ship perfume and nail polish. The limit is each bottle has to be 30ml/1fl oz. and under, and no more than 15 bottles in one package. Nail polish and perfume cannot be mixed within the same package. Note that above this limit, your package will be considered as DG and will not be handled following the standard processing and delivery times.

There is probably a missing detail on the package (name, company name, or suite number). This means we don’t know to which account we are supposed to link the package. Please send us the tracking number of the package and proof (invoice, the screen of the order…) that the package belongs to you to our email shop@willtaker-logistics.com.

Log in to your portal and the tracking of each of your package is available.

We recommend choosing the ZRA Duties coverage for your received packages. In case you chose not to pay for that, in the event the local customs authorities demand duties and taxes to be paid, those charges will be borne by the customer. In that case, our team will immediately get in touch with you.
